CLOSED: Giveaway - Yoplait Breast Cancer Awareness Gift Pack

Update: This giveaway is now closed. Congrats to Sarah Eliza, who said "I'll double check that my mom has gotten her yearly mamogram, AND I'll start collecting pink lids." Congrats, Sarah!!!

I'm really excited about having the opportunity to host this giveaway! As you probably know, October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Yoplait recently sent me (via MyBlogSpark) a nice gift pack that included two VIP coupons for Yoplait Greek cups, a pink leather journal, pink ink pen, and a breast cancer awareness bracelet. Yoplait also made a $25 donation to Susan G. Komen for the Cure in my name, which is incredibly awesome in my book.

To date, Yoplait has donated more than $25 million to this cause through their Save Lids to Save Lives program and other initiatives. For every pink Yoplait lid you mail in through December 31, Yoplait will donate $.10 (a minimum of $500,000) to Susan G. Komen for the Cure. This is such an easy way to help raise money for a great cause, especially if you already eat yogurt!

As I mentioned, I received two coupons to try out Yoplait Greek for free, and I opted for the strawberry flavor. Since I'm definitely no health expert, I'm going to stick to the basics. The Yoplait Greek is thicker than many other varieties of Yoplait yogurt I've tried, which I really liked. It had a rich strawberry flavor and creamy texture that I loved. The only downside: In my area, these tend to run around $1 per cup. I realize $1 really isn't that much, but it's a little higher than other varieties of Yoplait yogurt. Overall, I would definitely recommend Yoplait Greek.

Yoplait (via MyBlogSpark) was nice enough to give me the opportunity to give away a gift pack just like the one I received. One winner will receive a gift that includes a breast cancer awareness bracelet, a pink leather journal, pink ink pen and two VIP coupons for Yoplait Greek. Yoplait will also make a $25 donation to Susan G. Komen for the Cure on your behalf. (That's my favorite part!)

(The Yoplait "Save Lids to Save Lives" gift pack I received - and the one my winner will receive - was generously provided by Yoplait via MyBlogSpark. I didn't receive any compensation for my review of Yoplait Greek, and the review is a reflection of my honest opinion of the product.)
