If you missed the coupon for a FREE DiGiorno flatbread melt back in May, you might be in luck. The form to request a coupon seems to be back up! All you need to do is go here. If you were able to get on previously, you probably won't be able to get second one. When I pulled it up, it said my coupon was ordered and would be on its way to me. However, some people have reported being able to get a second one.
I've also seen mail-in-rebate forms for this product at Kroger. Check out this post for more information.
