On Tuesday, April 21 from 6-8 p.m. (tomorrow!) PetSmart stores across the country will be having FREE pet birthday parties sponsored by Purina. Attendees will receive a FREE goodie bag and digital photo with frame. There will also be lots of specials and sales to take advantage of. (You must have a PetPerks card to receive discounts.)
