CLOSED Giveaway: Yoplait "Promise to Make a Difference" Gift Set

UPDATE: This giveaway is now closed.

I'm really excited about having the opportunity to host this giveaway! As you probably know, October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. MyBlogSpark and Yoplait recently sent me a very nice "Promise to Make a Difference" gift that included a coupon for a free pack of Yoplait YoPlus Yogurt, a leather jewelry case, and a breast cancer awareness bracelet.

Did you know that one in eight women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in her lifetime? If you're reading this, chances are you know someone who has been diagnosed, or you've been personally impacted.

In the past 11 years, Yoplait has donated more than $22 million to this cause through their Save Lids to Save Lives program and other initiatives. For every pink Yoplait lid you mail in through December 31, Yoplait will donate $.10 (up to $1.5 million) to Susan G. Komen for the Cure. This is such an easy way to help raise money for a great cause, especially if you already eat yogurt!

To help get you started, I'm going to be giving away a "Promise to Make a Difference" gift that includes a breast cancer awareness bracelet, leather jewelry case and a coupon for a free pack of Yoplait YoPlus Yogurt.

(Please note that the coupon for the free yogurt is void in Louisiana, Nevada and North Dakota. You can still enter this giveaway if you live in one of those states, but you'll want to pass the coupon along to an out-of-state friend. )

To enter:
Required entry: Let me know how you plan to join the cause. Are you going to encourage friends to do self-exams? Are you going to save your pink Yoplait lids? Are you participating in a Race for the Cure event? Be sure to leave your email address. (You might want to format it like couponsandcoffee(at)gmail(dot)com to prevent spam.) (1 entry)

For up to 4 extra entries:
1.) Tweet or blog about Yoplait's Save Lids to Save Lives program and/or breast cancer awareness. Be sure to leave me the link to your post or include @couponscoffee in the tweet so I can see it. (1 entry)

2) Tweet or blog about this giveaway. Be sure to leave me the link to your post or include @couponscoffee in the tweet so I can see it. (1 entry)

3.) Start or join a collection team at YourLidMatters.com. If you want, you can even join my team - just search for Coupons&Coffee. (1 entry)

4.) Go to YourLidMatters and watch at least one of Dr. Funk's videos. Let me know what you think. (1 entry)

A few more details:
This giveaway will close Thursday, October 29 at 11:59 p.m. EDT, and I'll announce the winner on Friday, October 30. I'll email the winner, and he/she will have 72 hours to get back to me. If the winner doesn't respond, he/she will forfeit the prize, and a new winner will be chosen.

Open to U.S. residents only. Must be 18 to enter.

My feed and email subscribers will need to come to my actual blog to enter.

GOOD LUCK!!!

(The Yoplait "Promise to Make a Difference" gift was generously provided by MyBlogSpark and Yoplait.)

I'm going to start doing self-exams myself... I haven't been very good about that. =/ I'll definitely urge friends to do the same too!

Joined your collection team! I don't eat a lot of yoplait, but I'll try to buy more of it during the fundraiser so I can participate...

My great grandmother and grandmother both passed away from breast cancer. I have always been a "reminder" for my friends to do BSE's every month and plan on continuing to do so!
