Product Testing and Online Communities

I've posted about these sites before, but I wanted to remind you about some of the great product testing and sampling programs that you can join for FREE. Each link will take you to my post about that particular site, and you'll be able to see a description, information on how to join and so on. I'm a member of each of these sites:

BzzAgent

This site is one of my favorites! I've received some really great products to test out and review from them.

Vocalpoint

Another one of my favorites! They offer lots of great samples and coupons to try out. I've also received several FREE product coupons through them.

Pssst... from General Mills

This site offers great product testing opportunities. I've received several coupons for FREE products to try out.

Right@Home

This site offers a TON of great coupons for S.C. Johnson brands and an occasional freebie.

Kraft First Taste

I've received some good FREE product coupons and other high-value Kraft coupons through this program.

Kashi Community

I've received lots of great high-value Kashi coupons and samples through the Kashi community.

SheSpeaks

I haven't received as much through this site as others have reported, but it's still worth checking out.

Kashi Community: Join for savings, tips, and FREE samples

I love Kashi products and was really excited to discover the "Kashi community." The Kashi community is really cool because you'll have the opportunity to share your opinion and interact with other community members. You'll also receive some great coupons and free samples!

In the month or two that I've been a member, I've received a coupon for a free Kashi product (for completing a survey) and a sample of Honey Sunshine cereal that included a coupon for a free box.

Helpful hint: If you sign up, be sure to opt-in to the Taste Tester Panel and complete the survey found under your profile. (I think this is how I've received those awesome freebies and samples from them.)

Score FREE swag from Bergwood/Allstate

Have you checked out Bergwood.net, Allstate's latest marketing tool? I believe they launched Bergwood last year, but it's really pretty cool! After registering, there are lots of ways to earn points that can later be redeemed for various prizes. It's really easy to earn points just by interacting with the site and clicking around.

This promotion goes until February 1, 2010 - plenty of time to rack up some points! Prizes start at 60 points (keychain) and go up to 2250 (helmet-shaped grill). The prizes are college-gear type things like shirts, jerseys, and sweatpants.

Join Pssst... to try new products for FREE

Pssst... is a really neat program operated by General Mills. I love being a member!

Through Pssst... I've had the opportunity to try some great new products, including Pillsbury Simply Cookies and Yoplait Fiber One Yogurt - all for FREE!

My favorite thing about Pssst... is that they just let me know what they're sending me, and then it shows up in my mailbox. It's really convenient, and I don't feel like I have to jump through hoops to receive their offers. All they ask for is your feedback, usually through a survey.

Join Right@Home for special offers and tips

I'm a huge fan of Right@Home, which is owned by S.C. Johnson. This site offers a great database of recipes, tips, project ideas, and other neat little tools you can use. They frequently post valuable coupons and special offers for members.

Once a month, they give away really nice gift packs (usually around 10,000) to their members. These gift packs have included items like Glade candle tins, Ziploc containers, and Scrubbing Bubbles toilet cleaners.

Signing up is free and easy. All you need to do is go here and click on "become a member."

Online Community - Vocalpoint

Vocalpoint is one of my favorite sites/online communities. This site is packed with information and tips, recipes, product reviews, and some really awesome coupons. Vocalpoint also offers opportunities to test out and review new products.

As with other online communities similar to this one, they do expect you to share your opinion and review any products they send you to test out. (The review surveys are always easy to complete, and it's fun to see what everyone else thought.)

There's no fee to sign up, but you do have to qualify to become a member. (I believe anyone who is female, 18 or older, and willing to share their opinions will qualify.) To see if you qualify, just fill out this short questionnaire.
